Slack & Microsoft Teams#
Install the Applicare app in your workspace, then map channels to teams. Notifications include ArcIn's root cause and one-click actions (acknowledge, run runbook, open incident) so responders act without leaving chat.

Two-way sync creates and updates tickets from incidents automatically and reflects status changes back into Applicare. Map severities to priorities and choose the project/queue per team. For ServiceNow specifics see ServiceNow Integration.
Prometheus & PagerDuty#
- Prometheus: scrape Applicare's metrics endpoint, or ingest your existing Prometheus and Alertmanager data so it joins the same entity graph.
- PagerDuty: route critical alerts to the right escalation policy and enrich the incident with root-cause context.
Anything without a native integration can be reached via Webhooks.
