IntelliTune closes the loop: your feedback on alerts and root-cause findings continuously refines ArcIn's models, so the system gets more accurate and quieter the longer it runs in your environment.

The feedback loop#

Every time you confirm or dismiss an alert, or mark a root-cause result as correct or incorrect, IntelliTune records the signal and adjusts sensitivity, correlation weights, and grouping accordingly — per service, not globally.

What it tunes#

• Anomaly sensitivity on noisy metrics that generate dismissed alerts.
• Correlation weights so recurring true causes surface faster.
• Alert grouping so related events collapse into one incident.

Staying in control#

IntelliTune is transparent and reversible. You can review what changed, freeze tuning for a critical service, or reset a model to its default. It augments your judgement — it never silently suppresses a condition you marked important.
