IntelliSense

IntelliSense learns the normal behaviour of every metric — including daily and weekly seasonality — and flags meaningful deviations, so you get alerts on real anomalies instead of on static thresholds that are wrong half the day.

Adaptive baselines#

For each metric, IntelliSense builds a dynamic baseline band from historical behaviour. A 2 a.m. traffic dip that is normal for your app won't alert; an unusual mid-afternoon latency climb will. Baselines adapt as your traffic patterns evolve.

Reducing alert noise#

Because detection is baseline-relative, IntelliSense typically cuts false positives dramatically compared with fixed thresholds. Related anomalies across services are grouped into a single event rather than a storm of individual alerts.

Pairs with: Alert Configuration — choose baseline or threshold per condition, or combine both.

Sensitivity#

Tune sensitivity per metric (low / medium / high) when a signal is especially noisy or especially critical. IntelliSense explains each anomaly with the expected band vs. the observed value so the alert is actionable.
