Incident Management

Incident Management ties alerts, root cause, remediations, and communications into a single timeline — so responders see the full story and post-incident reviews write themselves.

Opening an incident#

Incidents open automatically from critical alerts or a workflow, or manually from any entity. The incident starts pre-populated with the affected services, ArcIn's root cause, and the current blast radius.

The incident timeline#

Everything is recorded in order: when it started, what fired, what ArcIn concluded, which runbooks ran, and what responders did. Bidirectional sync with ServiceNow or Jira keeps your system-of-record aligned without double entry.

Resolution & review#

On resolution, Applicare assembles a draft post-incident review — timeline, contributing factors, and time-to-detect/resolve metrics — so your retro starts from facts. Recurring incidents are flagged so you can fix the class, not just the instance.
